Every booking is confirmed upon payment of a flat-rate deposit of 1,000 MUR (or the estimated equivalent of €20 for payments in foreign currency, including banking and exchange fees). This deposit is deducted from the total price when settling payment, before the activity begins.
Cancellation by Stolixana Ltd. (unfavourable weather or sea conditions)
If weather or sea conditions do not allow the outing to be carried out safely, the decision to cancel or postpone rests exclusively with Stolixana Ltd. In this case, the client is offered two options:
Postponement of the outing to a later date, or
Full refund of the deposit, using the same payment method as the one used for the original payment.
Cancellation by the client or no-show
In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the meeting time, or if the client fails to show up more than 20 minutes after the scheduled meeting time (meeting time, not the outing's planned departure time), the 1,000 MUR deposit is retained by Stolixana Ltd. and will not be refunded.

By clicking a “Book on WhatsApp” button or sending the form, you are redirected to the WhatsApp app, owned by Meta Platforms, Inc. Any information you choose to send there is then processed by WhatsApp/Meta, under their own privacy policy, independent of ours.
