This deposit is deducted from the total price when settling payment, before the activity begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation by Stolixana Ltd. (unfavourable weather or sea conditions)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If weather or sea conditions do not allow the outing to be carried out safely, the decision to cancel or postpone rests exclusively with Stolixana Ltd. In this case, the client is offered two options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Postponement of the outing to a later date, or<\/li>\n<li>Full refund of the deposit, using the same payment method as the one used for the original payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation by the client or no-show<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the meeting time, or if the client fails to show up more than 20 minutes after the scheduled meeting time (meeting time, not the outing's planned departure time), the 1,000 MUR deposit is retained by Stolixana Ltd. and will not be refunded.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Toute r\u00e9servation est confirm\u00e9e moyennant le versement d&rsquo;un acompte forfaitaire de 1 000 MUR (ou l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent estim\u00e9 \u00e0 20 \u20ac pour les r\u00e8glements en devise \u00e9trang\u00e8re, incluant les frais bancaires et de change).
